My friend and I are gonna try going without an ACCESS card for the first year, and seeing how often other people actually use it. It's pretty expensive, and I don't want to feel obligated to use it for discounts just to get my money's worth.

If you're gonna buy stuff frequently on campus (esp food) then it is worth the cost

Personally, I love the access card. I'm part of a couple of clubs though, and on the exec for 1 so it's necessary for me to have one in that capacity. I tend to buy lunch once a week and the odd bit of stationary which all adds up.

I also live in glebe so the off campus benefits are a bonus.

Would definitely say I get my money's worth.
