Is anyone familiar with the Commerce/Science program? (1 Viewer)

I just got off the phone with my friend and is very much confused about the Commerce/Science program *frown* she wants to major in Economics and Food Science.. it seems that there are more to be studied than time allowes

Let's see, 192CP for a Com/Sci degree, made up on 84 from commerce, 84 from science.

A single major in Business Economics (for the Commerce degree) takes 48CP
A single major in Food Science takes 48CP

That gives plenty of room for both majors.

In Commerce/Science, you do a major in each degree.

Depending on what majors she does, you may be able to subsitute the normal QMA & QMB courses in Commerce with some Maths courses done in science. e.g some of the Maths done in the Science component may correspond to QMA or QMB, you need to check it out.

The best thing to do is call up the faculty office or go to them in person.
