i always watch the training montage they have before a gym session. Gets me pumped.

I sometimes wish Australia had that sorta mentality, I mean my friend who studied in the US for a year told me dudes who had big games on during the semester got their tests rescheduled. If you said that over here, the lecturer would laugh and tell you to fuck off. Now i see this documentary...just wow, they are so zealously driven.. its downright scary and inspiring at the same time.

Planning to go travelling .. tempted to train there for atleast 6 months.

Watched that shit, it gets a bit cheesey towards the end.

When I finish 5x5 programming I might give westside a run. It looks pretty expensive tho with all those bands and crap.
