So, Basically, I live in Sydney and my girlfriend lives in Sichuan, China. I met her when i was over there, and she will be coming over in a month to start foundation studies/uni at UNSW. The thing is I am in year 12, and I feel the time that I spend talking with her (video calls, etc.) Might be having a slight impact on my studies. However as I'm already going really well in my studies so far, I don't feel regretful and view it as time well spent.
We don't have any language barriers, because I'm a polyglot, but I still find the differences in culture sometimes interesting, although I understand it aha. So I'm interested, are there any other people who have had a similar experience?
