Right now i am studying arts/law at victoria university. I got in after studying bachelor of arts at Latrobe university for a year. I applied to transfer back to latrobe uni for mid-year entry this year but i was told that they wanted me to do another semester of arts at latrobe before letting me do law. But they would let me do criminal law aswell as my arts degree subjects and provided i did well in that subject i would be allowed straight in to arts/law next year at latrobe without filling out any applications. Which option should i choose to stay or leave and go back to arts? Which uni is better to come out with a law degree?

Out of those two, I'd say LaTrobe's better than VU.
I'm pretty sure you always have to fill in applications when you change courses wheather it be internally or though VTAC, maybe apply through VTAC at the end of this year or something aswell as directly to the uni. You can write a strong student statement which can really back your application well when you apply through VTAC on the PiForm.
