i've noticed that almost 100% of the mistakes i make have smth to do with a minus sign. i either forget to add one, or add an extra one, or mess up while expanding/factorising with one, or smth like that. does anyone have any tips on how to stop making this same silly mistake over and over again?

Found this trend prevalent within my math studies last year (massive pain in the ass). If the suggested solution for an example said x = 5 but you got -5 then what I would’ve done was reevaluate my method.

Qn's specifically you find you always forget - on. Also learn to be less impulsive when doing math. Take your time. It's not a race to finish first.
