Hi there,

I'm currently a 21 year old studying the HSC part-time at night over 2 years.
I'm in my second year and completing my final 3 subjects to obtain my HSC.

I've missed 5 weeks of Mathematics 2 Unit and have fallen very far behind. I work most days of the week and off to TAFE at night, limiting focus and study time.

I'm wondering should I cut my losses and drop maths. Resulting in another year of HSC required to obtain an ATAR.

I understand that this is all a result of my laziness. Catching up 5 weeks of work whilst struggling to learn new content is very daunting.

Thanks for any input.

Don't drop maths. Don't put your life on hold for an extra year.

Repeating is annoying, with the confrontation of having to spend another year doing the HSC, do not extend it further than what it is.
