Coldplay - Amsterdam, Postcards from far away (although it's not a good example of "Popular"), Cemetaries of London, 42, Death and All his Friends, What If...

Radiohead - Pyramid Song

Angus and Julia Stone - Another Day

Elixer (one of Katie Noonan's projects) - Mists of Ruse

If you're crazy good you could do something like Dream Theater - Dance of Eternity... but I doubt it :p

Evanescence - My Immortal, Hello, Call me when you're Sober, Lithium

The Cat Empire (Electric Piano stuff) - The Lost Song, The Wine Song, The Crowd, The Car Song.
Feist - 1234

It's not really "popular" music, It was a pop song in Japan. It's Eternity (Memory of Lightwaves) from Final Fantasy X -2. Go here to listen to the Piano collections version (the ones you'd want to play) YouTube - 12 -Eternity: Memories of Lightwaves-FFX-2 Piano Collections You can find the sheet music online.

Guns 'n' Roses - November Rain

Jerry Lee Lewis - Great Balls of Fire (alot of fun)

Korn did an acoustic version of "Freak on a Leash" with Piano in it... could do that.

Linkin Park - My December

Matchbox 20 - Unwell

Norah Jones - basically anything with Piano in it

Pink Floyd - one of the many, cool piano driven songs. Take your pick.

Porcupine Tree - Sentimental, Collapse the Light into Earth

Silverchair - Emotion Sickness

Snow Patrol - Make this go on Forever, The Lightning Strike (well one of the 3 parts), Same

Sufjan Stevens - there are so many, you'd have to pick one you liked.

Train - Drops of Jupiter, Landmine

Five for Fighting - Superman (It's not easy)

Van Morrison - Have I told you lately

And that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
