I've enrolled in B International Studies - Asian Language Beginners (Japanese). I'm doing JPN153, JPN154 and JPN118. I need to make up 3 required credit points and was told I shouldn't do JPN115 cause I didn't need to (Did HSC Japanese), so the vacation course, JPN190 is my only option left.
But how do you enrol in a vacation course? Cause the unit isn't on eStudent. I'm worried that it might be a restricted unit, I've been to see the Japanese department and sent different emails out but no-one could answer my question...
And on a sidenote, how do you defer a unit to another year? Do you just not select it and pick it up on the second/third year on eStudent? Cause I've ended up with 15 units in the second semester and need to move one out til later.
The deferring problem is because I kinda don't want to do HIST189 and want to choose AHST101 instead. EUL101 is enough Modern Europe for me...
