Quick question about grad

Say if I wanted to do dentistry at USYD, is it better or more favourable if I do an undergrad, such as BSc, at USYD as well?
Or is it totally irrevelant where I do my undergrad?

Firstly, it's not postgrad, it's grad dentistry.

Secondly, where you do your undergrad course is totally irrelevant.
