Do you think sodomy (sexual acts other than intercourse between a man and a woman) should be punishable by law in Australia?

Essentially Australia is currently a free-for-all for sodomy, with only QLD still having laws to protect under 18s from sodomite sex perverts.

Queensland is the only state in Australia that has a Sodomy Law. It was enacted in 1990 at the same time as sex between men was decriminalised. When Conservatives briefly took Government in 1997 they changed the definition of the offence from "unlawful anal intercourse" involving a person "not an adult" under Criminal Law (17 years) to "sodomy" involving anyone under 18 years. They simultaneously doubled the penalties.

Do you think we risk incurring punishment (divine or otherwise) by being so soft on sodomy in Aus?

Homosexuality has always been a slippery slope to paedophilia, and I think it would make sense for our legal system to act preemptively by prosecuting homosexuals as severely as is practical.
