After Xmas i went out a bought a 'new room' for my next 5 years at uni.

I got a L-shaped desk which holds my 2 computers, television, cd player etc. Attatched to it I have a 1.5(ish)m pure study desk. I am putting shelves up around my room over the coming weeks... and attatched to my desks I have draws, small bookshelves etc etc

ooo, and a brand new queen sized bed + leather chair

i have two long parallel tables, with a computer set up on each, so i can move back and forth between the two workspaces. on one i have a selection of books and references lined up and some art materials, on the other is a lot of folders and textbooks and my huge box of paints/paintbrushes/pencils/pastels. it can get pretty chaotic when i binge on newspapers or go on a painting/art spree. messy - like right now.

well...i kind of took over my dad's old workroom - i don't actually need two computers, so i set up the scanner, printer and other digital imaging miscellania on the second computer.
yeah, as far as study space goes, i have it pretty good. :D

oh, btw i'm a girl.

i would steer clear of having computers in a study room esp. if its hooked up to the net!
