I'm revising/synthesising my info. on Julius Caesar - I was looking at his early life and stumbled upon a quote from Meir that states: "His mother's relatives were to be of great service to Caesar in his political career."
I'm a little confused - nowhere in my initial notes, hand-outs etc can I find the Cotta's helping Caesar.
Any help would be appreciated. Just some simple KEY events where they played a hand in advancing Caesar politically would be helpful
