How do i deal with the squared ?
Solve for 0<= theta <= 360

$\\ \tan ^2 3 \theta = 1 \\\\ \tan 3 \theta = \pm 1 $ where $ 0 \leq 3 \theta \leq 1080 \\\\ 3 \theta = \pm \45 + 180k $ where $ k $ is a positive integer$ \\\\ $Now keep substituting $ k=0,1,2,3,...$ to each of those solutions until you get up to 1080 degrees (not necessarily inclusive, but MUST be less).$$
