Suppose I do not get any offers for early entry, and do not meet the ATAR requirements for the course that I want. What do I do if there is a specific uni that i want to go to. I need to know if there is still a chance for me if this happens.

You can list another course (that might not be your most preferred, but you are interested in nonetheless) from the uni with a lower ATAR requirement as one of your UAC preferences. This way you can be admitted into your desired uni, allowing you to later internally transfer into your desired course as long as you meet the requirements. Alternatively, you can attend a different uni and transfer to your desired uni later on (though this may be more competitive).
