i don't see how

the uni seems to be more focused on not following suit (the full +25%), though may still increase hecs by a certain amount.

the arguments for and against look speculative - i wonder how they'll deal with this.

Macquarie - No Formal decision made - proposal to maintain current levels

By the end of the year, im certain the majority of the popular unis are goin to adopt the 25% increases, so yeah..

hopefully they decide to raise fees, otherwise we are just going to lag behind the other GO8 unis, i personally would rather pay 25% more if it meant better quality facilities....

UNSW fees already high....and studing fees dicide by uni....
i don't like ...

i think the hecs hikes is goin to substantially affect the overall demand for uni, i would predict unis would have lower cutoffs in future.
