you don't need to use all of these but yeahh this is random stuff i'm giving you...

there was urban decline after the 1970s and it has been re-established as a place where people who work in the city (especially DINKS - double income + no kids) live...

"As a result of urban decline, this pocket of land in such close proximity became the centre of change"

"Over the past 15 years Pyrmont has transformed from a rundown industrial/maratime precint into a fashionable commercial and residential district, and a major tourist destination"
