Was Section III supposed to be written as a speech?

I didn't write it in a speech format although I put some rethorical questions/addressing youth/etc in introduction

It's not like it stated that it had to be a speech..or did it?

nice to be subtle about it!!

how many marks do u look at using for not writing in the correct form??
i think 50% on content and 50% on form (according to my tutor). So that means i failed that part

i asked the teachers that were there and half said speech, half said essay so that had a discussion while the students waited and eventually agreed it was a speech :D

I started off saying "Good afternoon boys and girls. I am here today blah blah blah."

I used the word "I" at times to make it sound like a speech.

And i concluded by saying "Thank you for listening".
