With the reported difficulty of 2U and 4U, what are we all thinking for 3U?

Any guesses on Q14?

I'm like lowkey scared for 3u now hahaha
Considering what they did to us in 4u, we might be in for a nasty surprise in 3u

Predicting a projectile motion question 14

Penultimate projectile motion question that models a rapidly falling object much like one's ATAR, followed by a phat 6 mark binomial proof.
I am quite terrified now after 2u.

I'm expecting a significantly harder exam.

Probably a hard binomial question. Maybe a difficult related rates one.

Exactly I take back everything I said about expecting 3u to be easy. Expecting the worst

Anyone changing their study to fit the expected difficulty? Any ideas on how we can do this?

Do the older papers (before 2001). Give 2009 a try I found it significantly more difficult than the recent years.

That's true ~ I've tried that paper before, Q6 and 7 were pretty difficult :(

The committees setting the papers are independent I believe. Might mean the difficulty was purely coincidental. But to be honest for a decent student the 2U paper wasn't that challenging. Not sure about 4U obviously

That is true tbh, the good students at my school found it "harder" than usual, but still see themselves get 90+ raw. 4U I reckon was at least harder than last year, probably on par with moooost 4U exams, not really sure

Yeah I tend to agree. I think it was more difficult imo than most of the 4U exams since the format change, however still not necessarily as difficult as they were pre-2012, so we shall see I guess.

Just noticed that we do the same subjects, what's your goal with a 98 ATAR?

Oh cool!
Do you mean in terms of reported marks for each subject or course I want to do?
