Inspired by the "First Three Words" thread, and created for those of us who like to jump to the last page of a book to see the last word because we're artards. <3

At the moment, "I am the walls that surround this story, and I am stronger than ever." But I'm cutting it because it makes me sound like a douchebag I think :)

When there's nothing left to burn you have to set yourself on fire?

[FONT=&quot]"The image lingered, and I slept on, forever smiling."

But my story is split into 4 stories, so that's really just the ending to the last story... not really an ending that summarises the whole thing lol.

Eh.

"not with a bang, but a whimper"

I know, cliche, but its for a film and its narration, so its sorta alright.

"Finally she could breathe."

it relates back to my title... it might change though it sounds a bit...

I don't have a last line for my major work! My short story ends with drawings :)

" Raindrops ran down the young lover’s face, down his sightless eyes like tears; down the torn paper of the white letter, turning the strong strokes of ink to incoherent streaks of darkness."

Careful how many pictures you use. You might go over the word limit. As it stands I am undecided on my last line. I'll post it when I decide :p

I have 13 illustrations throughout my story...the writing where my illustrations are now placed are all gone --- it's 7000 words including the pictures, so im all good :)

‘That the Sun goes early to bed, and that the Moon most always leaves, but the Stars are always there, even if you can’t see them. And you are … my Sun and Moon and Stars.’

Is the last line of mine. Funny thing is, I'm not finished yet. D=

"Rod McArthur had met his other half, and abruptly said goodbye."

And that's the other half of himself. Not a lady (or a man in his case.):mad1:

“Heaven,” he said, almost smiling.

- am editing down the rest of the work, but there's no way the last line is changing :D
