I'm just getting used to 2007! In fact our company still uses 2003 but is rolling out 2007 shortly... yay!

Do you use most of the features in 2010? I've noticed in more recent versions of Office the featureset is very much focussed on collaboration... but for the most part, unless you are in a 'modern environment' which embraces those technologies, you end up using the software in a pretty consistent manner to before. Office 2007 however did allow us to make really professional looking documents with minimal effort... no longer needed our inhouse design staff to do it!

What a load of shit.

There isn't even anything wrong with Office 2003 for fucks sake. How are they going to sell Office 2007? Another pointless and confusing user interface overhaul? Good old Micro$oft.
I think Office 2007 was very successful...

Anyway, Office 2010 isn't a huge interface overhaul... It's pretty much Office 2007 with a new skin.

ITT: Faggots who don't use OpenOffice.
Whilst I am also a strong OpenOffice supporter, I would say the only real difference between those who use it and those who use MS Office is that we are too stingy to pay for shit.

The last time I used openoffice, it sucked butt and was buggy as shit (~2008, early 2009).

Got Office 03 from a friend and was all good.

Now I've got Office 07 with classic UI so I don't have to put up with that ribbon bs. Nothing to complain about (yet).
Oh yeah, I got it on some suss copied disc, so I never paid for anything.

I've had the 2010 Beta for ages... when they take it away from me, I will be very disappointed and will not want to pay for it. They should give all the Beta testers a huge discount on the 2010 price.

It's exactly the same as 2007 for those who want to know.
