Can't you just make your own notes? Use concise and brief notes like Andrew Harvey's as a base and extend on them?

Well I suppose I can but being in Australia for like 2 years, I think it's quite hard to make very good notes

Try using concise textbooks like Physics in Focus to create notes... Search for other sellers and ask each seller to provide a sample of their notes and compare between them to see which seller has the best notes....
