Re: Official 2014 Internal Ranks Thread

Even if they don't tell you the course mark, it's not that hard to calculate them.
yes this.

but it is irrelevant anyways.

2014ers what's done is done and cannot be changed so just start studying

14 units? niqqa damm; that's overkill
Meh, bio consists of sleeping through classes and exams (my cohort isn't that smart... except for first place) so really, only doing 12 ;)

Re: Official 2014 Internal Ranks Thread

Also, since a lot of people are including their school ranks, I might as well say - feel free to do so! :D A good way to gauge the strength of BOS' cohort of 2014. :)

Actually, I'll add this to the original post that started the thread. :D

cheers, but just curious as to why you're capping it at 99? as in, what if i smash all my externals, what's limiting me?

that is a very good set of ranks. I'm in awe :D

make sure to maximise your internals, especially with your several ranks 1's and your low school rank.

imo looking at your marks, actuarial studies would be something you might enjoy. have you decided a career path yet? or uni degree? idk you, but you might want to put some research into it.

lol necminit 100% aiming for med. lol

Re: Official 2014 Internal Ranks Thread

No, but what about the person coming 3rd and the rest of the cohort?
To my knowledge isn't this how it works:
rank 1 gets the highest external mark as his internal (he's probs gonna get highest external anyway)
rank 2 (me) gets the 2nd highest external mark as internal.
...

and everyone keeps their external marks

If you're not coming 1st you will always have the potential to be dragged down by everyone else. And you don't receive their direct external mark. Anyway, it might not affect you.

that's a simplified explanation to some extent. but essentially you can consider it like that. but it actually isn't.....

basically, yes - it is that for simplicity sake.

btw PMed you in reply to your previous post
