i said w as it was as high as possible without going past the aerobic threshold.. you wouldnt be able to perform aerobically beyond this threshold is my understanding

hmmm idk, that was the only question from multi's which threw me. Other than that, I think everything was fine for me except the partnership question, I didn't do enough revision for it.

Bear in mind, multiple choice is probably the worst part of an exam paper for me haha.
