Your intuition fails you, this is exactly what Feminism is pushing. They do not care about skills or ability, as long as you have at least half females in EVERY industry. The key words there are EVERY industry. Think about it, have you ever heard of feminism protesting that we need more males in teaching?

Some feminists want that but I guarantee most of them don't. Anyway, calling someone a feminist is an outdated term. A gender egalitarian is a more appropriate term.

The only reason they follow is Islam, is because it reflects the way they think. Get rid of Islam and they'll just turn to another ideology to fuel their ideas. I'm not saying Islam is a religion of peace, quite the opposite. But if there were people who believed in the themes and ideas behind Kill Bill, that doesn't mean we should ban Kill Bill. Therefore, we need to change the way they think, not what they think. How to do this is the real question.

No, a major issue associated with Islam is child indoctrination. By imposing particular beliefs on impressionable children they grow and adopt certain ideologies pertaining with the religion they were brought up with i.e Islam goes hand in hand with Quran. Islamic reformation will reform these particular beliefs and ideologies so they can't manifest themselves in their believers and through acts of terror, aggressive expansionary tactics, even vile thoughts and oppressive nature. Vehement Islamists have a propensity for violence due to the chronic and deep-rooted values held in their religion (this is not all muslims, however, minimising the extent of this behaviour goes hand in hand with an entire reformation of the Islamic faith). Refer to the statistics posted by the Pew Institute and by Sylviab, it's evident that it's a massive amount of muslims who believe in violence, the concept of male triumph over females, rape etc...

Yes, so what is your point ? I've agreed with you that Islam is a horrible and violence promoting doctrine. What I disagree with is the method that you think we should employ to solve this issue (which is to get rid of Islam). What needs to be done is to make these people understand WHY they should abandon Islam, otherwise they will just manifest their destructive beliefs through some other doctrine.

Oh you guarantee it? Well can't argue against that. Except then tell me if most feminists don't think that way, why do almost none of them speak up to defend 'true' feminism from what these radical feminists are doing to its ideology ? And feminism is outdated ?! No its not, you're just accepting that radical feminists have so badly tarnished your feminism idelogy that you're better off just starting over with the term gender equalitarian. Not that I'm against this, but whatever well see how long that lasts.
