How do lollipop ladies earn more than engineers
Traffic controllers often work outside standard business hours (like 10pm to 5am) when traffic is light, so they get loading for these ‘out of hours’ shifts. However, their salary award scales probably don’t include much increase with each of year of experience, whereas graduate engineers can achieve significant salary increases through promotions based on performance.

You forgot to mention that they let retards do it.

Legit, 47 chromosome people that legit stop cars for as long as a couple of minutes with no oncoming traffic/hazards.

Civilian: Hey, this seat on the bus is reserved for disabled people.
Traffic Worker: I work as a lollipop lady
Civilian: Sorry to bother you.

So what I'm saying is that 46 chromosome, educated people are losing to these illiterate people at any point in terms of wage under any circumstances?

Education doesn't really have that much to do with salary though. Influencers, athletes, even pr0n stars, can all make decent bank without any education. In contrast, there's loads of highly educated jobs which pay very poorly (e.g. nursing, pharmacy, architecture).
I can become the other lollipop lady ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
