I'll be honest tho the chances of lower ranking people doing better in externals is really high, i ranked like 19th at school for eng but only 10 ppl including me (excluding Ls) got one at my school so maybe they just pulled themselves up during the period before hsc?

tbf the list is very much incomplete so lets just wait for it to unfold
