My school is ranked 270-300 and I think we get something around 2-3 B6's every year for the subjects I do. Is 96+ possible?

Subject-trial mark-overall rank

Maths Advanced - 91 - 1/40ish
Maths Ext 1 - 40.5/70 - 5/16ish
Eng Adv - 86.5 - 13/prob around 60 (I came 6th in the trial but choked some earlier tasks)
Eng Ext - 86 - 4/12
Anc His - 97 - 2/30ish (so sad I did not come 1st with this mark, the person beating me will most likely state rank though)
His Ext - 96 - 3/25ish (came second in trial, vs the same person in Anc, they got 100, best work my teacher has ever seen and theyve had state rankers before, so hopefully they do)
Phy - 90 - 1/18

Yeah deffo if u perform in the hsc

dont listen to the trolls. If your cohort is strong (by the sounds of the person beating you in ancient, you do) and you maximise your marks in the hsc youll be fine. If youre worried talk to your teachers, ask them if they think youre on the right track to achieving the mark you want to reach to achieve your atar goal. They know the students theyve had before and their performance better than anyone on here. youve done well in trials and youve got 11 units so your worst wont even count.

Don’t forget that we’re getting projections back soon and you’ll probably have a meeting for it where you can find out what they think you’ll get. Even then, I don’t know how much to trust them so just lock in for hsc and you’ll get above that, trust.

when they're aiming for a 96, u gotta give them some realistic goals to set not just tell them anything is possible and give them false hope. if it was 90+, i definitely believe they can get that, but 96 is gonna take a heck of a performance.

96+ is not really the goal just the farfetched if I pull of a good run at the HSC could I possibly get that mark. I think 90+ is definitely more the current goal
