Modern award: minimum conditions for an INDUSTRY
Enterprise Agreements: negotiated conditions between a GROUP of employees and employer
Individual contracts: negotiated conditions between employer and employee

awards are just the industry specifc entitlements people have in their employment contract, it just shows the terms and conditions of their employement

is an enterprise agreement the same as an award just like negotiated to the desired terms?
