this is from nesa website on hsc marking and it does say marking for a subject in done over 2 weeks, so considering paper 2 was on the 16 october and today 2 november (17 days after english) I feel like its safe to guess they have finished already

but tbh its hard to say if people are telling the truth on bos that they know about alignment, but the exam is already over so there literally no point in stressing guys
Strange to think that some of our marks are already decided.

This is not true. They only mark the papers AFTER the wholes hsc block is complete (because they need to get all he papers to one location for them to mark it.
Source: One of our chemistry teachers (who was a hsc marker) told us right before paper 1. Also keep in mind their people all over nsw and even overseas that do the hsc and for them to scan the papers for it to be mark is going to take a lot longer (btw, they mark it online as said by many more teachers at my school)

thanks for the info but i was really just trying to make a point that no one really know about the whole scaling process and we cant really take for granted that everyone whos teacher is a hsc marker is telling the truth about alignment stuffs so we should just move on from people speculating about how a subject is scaled before results come out and just enjoy schoolies:))

You point still stands lmao, I just wanted to point out that marking starts later (also even if started later, doesn't change the fact that we already did and there is nothing we can do lol)

I think Mod C is gonna be least harshly mark since they didn't provide an imaginative option. So they basically narrowed the range of thought and half the state wrote on technology, so its not easy to distinguish between the b5 and b6. So idk but I think Mod C gonna be most leniently marked :)

okay lol coz my teacher always said to write at least 6 pages (3 double sided pages) and I only wrote half of that so was really freaking out lowkey.

Quality > Quantity (also I also wrote 3 pages + my handwriting is small). It will all be fine and they don't mark you on how much you wrote, they mark you on what you wrote. Its not like they start from 20 and go down to 0 (E.g. they don't take a mark for having less pages). Anyways, its out of our control, now just focus on your next test and if your done then just relax, no need to stress :)
