what did u want to do ?within 0.5 - calculator gave me 76.80
my final ATAR was 76.55, not sure if I should be happy or sad, it's 3.45 below the reduced atar for the usyd course I was looking at, but it's above average

Your picks are stuck for the december round (coming out 23 december), but after that you can change them anytime before 2 Jan before more offers are released on 9 Janafter tonight is there any chance to repick ur uac preferences? or is this it
Guaranteed means guaranteed, so as long as you get over 90 (which you did) you have a place in that course if you applyanother question my selection rank for usyd is 90.90 and the guaranteed selection rank for what i want to do is 90. idk how like competitive it is since its been reducing each year but is there a decent chance i could make it?
I don't really know 100% yet, but I was looking at engineering at usyd which needs an 80 ATAR for most of those courses (I'm in a regional area so get access to the Regional and Remote Access scheme which means I only needed an 80 ATAR to get into those courses that usually require a 90). If only it stacked, I tick so many boxes for those admission pathways/factors.what did u want to do ?
thats how i felt abt my marks too lol so much regret i def couldve done so much better if i dropped and picked anotehr courseI don't really know 100% yet, but I was looking at engineering at usyd which needs an 80 ATAR for most of those courses (I'm in a regional area so get access to the Regional and Remote Access scheme which means I only needed an 80 ATAR to get into those courses that usually require a 90). But that's the #1 reason I'm taking a gap year, to figure out what the fuck I want to do at uni.
I should've dropped DT and Ancient and kept Chem and Ext Maths
true but if its competitive 90.9 wont do me much good what im a little stressed abt but idk nothing i can do but waitGuaranteed means guaranteed, so as long as you get over 90 (which you did) you have a place in that course if you apply
guaranteed means that it doesn’t matter if there’s competition, you’ve got it. you’re over the threshold so there’s nothing to worry abouttrue but if its competitive 90.9 wont do me much good what im a little stressed abt but idk nothing i can do but wait
I wasn't even doing that poorly in Chem or Ext Maths, it's just that Ancient and DT were more interesting at the time (until they swapped to teachers that couldn't teach a HSC course).thats how i felt abt my marks too lol so much regret i def couldve done so much better if i dropped and picked anotehr course
yes it still says underneath in small letters if there are spots available lol so im just thinking if they fill up with all the higher atar firsts ill be a lower priority. but thank u anyways ill keep it first preference just in caseguaranteed means that it doesn’t matter if there’s competition, you’ve got it. you’re over the threshold so there’s nothing to worry about
it says lowest selection rank was 82.1 last year and the max u can receive for getting band 5/6 is 5 adjustment which puts u below the lowest last year. if there are other ways u think u can make it keep it first even if u dont just keep it first u never know just have good backupsi got a atar of 72, i need around 80 for cybersecurity at UTS, do I keep it as my first option or but IT as my first?
my second option is bachelor of IT UTS, do u think I will get this?it says lowest selection rank was 82.1 last year and the max u can receive for getting band 5/6 is 5 adjustment which puts u below the lowest last year. if there are other ways u think u can make it keep it first even if u dont just keep it first u never know just have good backups
