Lmao crazy. Also, how are bio mod 7/8 in terms of difficulty? 5 and 6 are super chill (only those 6+ markers are annoying) but is there anything notable in those that I should look out for?
hm mod7 is rlly fun, but its content heavy, esp w/ the immune responses and the application based qs
in mod7 you will also do koch's postulates and pasteur's swan neck flask experiments

for mod8, i really hate it and yes i'm being biased, but mod8 does contain a lot of research, you will have to know stats on incidence and prevalence for epidemiology and examples of diseases that are genetic, caused by environmental exposure etc
you're also gonna learn the anatomy of the eye, kidney, and the ear, and technologies to assist with the effects of disorders related to the eye, kidney, and the ear, so that is also quite content heavy

honestly its not too bad, js make sure you don't fall behind

Falling behind is not a problem, what are the chances that I can finish the 2 modules in abt a month? I just did a little flick through the textbook and I can see why module 8 is boring...... I feel like it shares its nature with mod 2(organisation of living things(most boring thing I've ever done)). I think in school next term we do mod 8 and then module 7
yeaahh i also hated mod2 💔
i think you possibly can finish 2 modules in a month, but i don't see the importance because everyone will be learning the same thing anyway
if you want a headstart, i'd say don't go super in depth, but do what u like, and if u feel that you want to do it, then 100% go for it 🙃

It's because my intention is to grind for trials and start doing trials/hsc papers next term. What I've been doing term 1&2 is grinding the module in the holidays and doing practice papers in class so I wanna get ahead and maintain a good average. And plus bio is my easierst subject so I intend to finish that off early because closer to hsc I'll be struggling on math, physics, english and art
wait this is goated omg you're goated

today: I wasted so much time today cause it's nearly 3:30 and I've done nothing despite getting at home at 1 today
- Finish mod A notes
- Write a mod a response
- Write a creative
- Memorise business stuff
- Do math questions

I probably won't get to the creative or even business but I'll try

Also I need to make like a daily plan for how I'm gonna study for half yealires cause I still haven't properly done it and I keep on delaying the start date for when I study for some of my subjects

Studying ahead?! How are you finding it? I’m thinking of putting the work in so I can get to past trial papers as soon as possible

Yepp and honestly i am kinda enjoying chem. My school is gonna start mod 8 next week anyways cuz they also wanna finish the content this term but i am just going a bit ahead to understand stuff better at my own pace. Also cuz my teacher barely even teaches properly.

@ALolly Have you finished physics mod 6. My assessment involves a 40 minute test + 40 minute prac/investigation. Do you know what possible experiments they can make us do within 6.1,6.2,6.3 because we have only done one for the motor effect (essentially watching two pieces of foil repel each other).
they can make you do the experiment from 6.3 where you demonstrate Faraday's law with the coil and magnet. That is always a possibility. Do you not get told what experiment you're doing for your assessment? Besides that they aren't many experiments in 6.1-6.3 that you can be asked tho
