    Marking is whimsical and subjective if you do arts based subjects. For Maths and Science it's definite.

    drop either physics or chemistry so that you can focus on ext 2 maths.

    Unless your mark is like 5/60. Even if you rank 17/18, but your mark is very close to other people, then don't drop ext 2 maths.

    I was just wondering can someone still get 99.95 ATAR, if they bombed all their assessments but got 100% in their trials with a weighting of 40% and also the HSC?
