    New Zealand. They have the highest interest rates if I remember correctly though their monetary stance is also beginning to loosen.

    Will you be booted out of the house if you do not achieve a good UAI?

    -____-; Jeez. Honestly, does she have issues? Not making it into Medicine does not equal failure. It's not like the only good career out there is Medicine anyway. With her UAI, she could've done almost anything she wanted. I know I'm not her and I don't think the same way but I can't see why...

    Increasing tax threshold/rates = micro/macro?

    Do you know any textbooks that say that? My school uses the Tim Dixon one. I just need some proof to show my teacher.

    How were your trials?

    Lol I got 76.5 That should put me in top 10. It was okay.

    Increasing tax threshold/rates = micro/macro?

    I got my trials back and I wrote that increasing tax rates = Microeconomic reform. I read the other thread where someone questioned whether superannuation is micro/macro but I don't know if the same thing applies for increasing the tax threshold/rates. Any help will be appreciated. :)

    Yeah but x^3 + 3x - 4 = 0. o_o; How do you solve that? Yeah I'm pretty shit at math.

    Fake HSC paper

    Uhh. My guess would be to sub x=15 then let dI/dx = 0 and find any turning points. There should be a maximum turning point at x=0. Then use the sign of y'.So on the left of 0, the curve would be increasing and on the right, it'd be decreasing? o_o; Iono.

    Fake HSC paper

    I'd scan it but I don't have a scanner. I just differentiated them both using -v'/v^2 and then used common denominator. Then I factorised the 2 out and voila. I didn't time myself or anything but it didn't take very long. :)

    Fake HSC paper

    It takes a minute or two to do. It shouldn't be worth more than two.

    past hsc wtf

    Oh shit. Misread the question. Haha I get it. I thought it was asking about what conditions are necessary to achieve that certificate.. -___-;

    past hsc wtf

    Are you sure B is right? It's the first guy that achieves the certificate of attainment that confuses me with the B answer. He does exactly 5 senior subjects. That's not less than 5.
