no you can get more offers, but if its your first preference in the first round and you don’t change your preferences they’re not gonna give you another offer since you already have one
yeah just rank highly in all ur subjects
and also if your teachers suck then self study beyond what they teach/give you just in case they’re missing content or teaching u wrong
comp sci is definitely becoming more competitive but from what I’ve heard there’s still plenty of demand for good devs, so if you’re willing to put in the effort to actually get good at coding and work on projects etc beyond just uni work as well as having decent soft skills then you should be...
my maths professors would never allow that, it’s either 8am or 4pm no in between
(also having tutes/lecs around noon sucks because you end up wasting the morning)
I think they mostly just check your marks from NESA and they’re not too strict for those either, early entry is about getting as many students as they can for most courses
rankings are based on everyone at your school who does that subject not just your class, and 4u kids are excluded from adv rankings although they are still included in 3u rankings, and likewise 3u kids are still included in 2u rankings
