    English class mark

Yea its only the assessments that count -if u miss an assessment, I think they use ur class marks to get an idea of where you are in the class/grade, and give you an estimated assessment mark. But otherwise, we are told class marks mean nothing to your assessment marks/HSC?ATAR

Half your HSC mark will be the 3rd best mark in the HSC of your cohort Half will be your actual HSC mark Then they like average it, basically.

If you think about the amount of studying we will be doing for assessments, half yearlies, trials and the HSC itself, why not go into the year feeling fresh, rather that dragging 2009 into 2010. I mean yeah, go over some stuff a week or so before term...

Another Question: What is the difference between a creative and a narrative? i.e. Do I have to do introduction/development/conclusion for narrative, or can I describe one particular moment like I do in my creatives?

Iv'e forgotten how to write a narrative

Our English teacher has set us a Belonging narrative to write these holidays. He didn't specify how long it was, and I was just wondering how long you guys think it should be. Also, any tips on the narrative structure, besides the obvious (beginning, middle and end)?

When I placed a zinc electrode and a copper electrode into the same beaker containing sulphuric acid, I belive the zinc displaced the hydrogen, and this produced a voltage. However, when I touched the bottoms of the zinc and copper electrodes together, the reaction stopped, and the voltage...
