    Case where defendant attempted defence of mental illness?

    I've got R v Sorrell. Accused had schizophrenic paranoid attack (or episode, or however you classify it) and killed someone. Convicted of manslaughter instead of murder with mental illness defence.

    Yeah, I know what recent Dux's (is that the plural?) have had. But I'm the first 'humanities' in a long while...so that changes things. Last year's: 99.65, year before: 99.85. But they were Maths Ext II freaks haha...
