I'm an Asian (from Bangladesh to be exact) and was hoping to come to Australia to study at the ANU. I've unconditional offers from both the ANU and Manchester University, UK. Before reading this thread, I thought Aussies were very friendly and welcoming, but now I see otherwise. I'll be thinking...
