I've been told (don't know if it's true), although they say 15 places from the med sci cohort, it's up to the discretion of the committee (or whoever has the power to chose students) to decide how many actually get through, like they might only chose 9 people.

The thing is, that most won't actually make it into medicine. I know there are going to be a lot of disappointed people.
Also med science isn't all about trying to get into medicine, it can lead to many (health) science careers, like doing...
The course isn't that hard. SCIF is just tedious and very time consuming...btw what does SCIF stand for? Lolz, I'm too lazy to look it up. When people ask what SCIF is, I'll be like "Science communication, um -if"
Chem and maths (elective) is probably the hardest part.
