The first thing to check is the aerator. If it's clogged, you may need to replace it. If it's not, the other possibility is the cartridge. In this case, the aerator is a common cause of low water pressure. To clean it, simply turn the handle to open it halfway or completely. Then, check for any mineral deposits. Depending on the cause of the low flow, it might be the aerator itself.
