Personally I find 3 unit way harder than 2 Unit. I'm in year 11 and there's a major difference between my marks in 2 unit (one of the top ranks) and 3 unit (bottom 5) IMO 2 unit for my topics so far, is just a small extension on whatever I learnt in my junior years.
