I did this question yesterday and I didn't understand this question as well haha.

When i segmented the cumulative frequency axis i got 80-45=35 which is C and i checked the answer it was C. Not sure if you did a typo from above but yeah. Just point it out. By the way do you know what topic Q21 is under ? Thanks kat92 and zeebo helped me heaps :)
