Does anyone know if you can submit timetable preferences before your classes have been approved? I've got some advanced classes that need permission and was wondering if i can do my timetable once i've applied but before they have been approved/finalised

Im thinking of majoring in two of bio, chem and physics. Mainly bc idk what I really want to do as a job and would like to try some different things out. Is this too general? I don't want to end up without a real specialty, but also don't want to pick too early.
