Hi, thanks again everyone for your responses. In the time since posting this, I've tried being more friends with that person. I will admit I think lack of friendships is really what my problem is here, at least partially.
I have not really made progress on this friendship however. Mainly...
Does anyone know of any good but short TESOL / TEFL (teaching English as a second language) courses I could do over the summer holidays? Preferably near me (Western Sydney area). I've looked up a few. But there don't seem to be many legit looking ones. Or they are too far away, or take too long...
Thank you for your response. And yeah, now that I think about it, I tend to put words in other people's heads a lot. I think I really overthink these things >.<
Thanks. I guess I'm not too bothered by my marks, I mean I guess it was really just I felt I put in all my effort. I guess at the...
It's my first year, second semester at USYD. I'm studying science/nursing but might transfer to just science. My major is computer science.
First semester I pushed myself to work hard. I had a full week; I went to uni 5 days a week, was there most days from 9 - 5 (meaning I'd have to get up...
The units I need to do aren't offered in winter or summer school, as far as I know. :/ and I wouldn't be able to afford it anyway unless I got a scholarship for it or something.

YEAR TWO: 2 science and 2 nursing per semester
YEAR THREE: 1 science and 2 nursing per semester
YEAR FOUR: 1 science unit per semester (the science units I need are only offered in opposing semesters)
YEAR FIVE: all nursing units
(if they...
If they don't allow me to, do you (or anyone) know if I could extend my science degree? So then basically I'd do the remaining 2 science units, adding a year to my degree, then finish off the final year for nursing?
I have a dilemma, basically stuffed up my units in terms of prereqs etc (which half of it isn't really my fault, but that's not the point).
Ok my degree is bachelor of science / masters of nursing. The layout is like this:
YEAR ONE: all science units
YEAR TWO: science and nursing units (2...
Because I wasn't 100% if I wanted to major comp sci (I have an interest in it, but not really any prior knowledge past html and css beforehand). I picked a bunch of other science units, which I came to regret and wish I had at least picked programming as well (I feared it would be too difficult...
Well that is true. I think I will do both, since I kind of have to anyway. I'm just nervous since quite a few people have told me not to. :/ But I don't have too much choice.
