isnt the maximum longitude 180 degree, east or west? For that question i calculate 208 West would move into East territory if u know wat i mean. So i did (208 - 180) and then minus that off 180 degree east, which gave me 152 degree east.

same, i think 9 was the correct answer as you dont include the median.
