Just wondering what would the chance be of me receiving a second round offer for an engineering merit scholarship now if I was on the shortlist (not reserve list)??
I know its just I would have thought that a 91 in physics would have scaled quite well and a 47 in SOR not so well. SAM and UMAX both rated the physics way ahead of my SOR mark as well.
On my letter from UAC with my official ATAR and the part explaining which units counted towards the ATAR and which didnt something just doesnt seem right since a 47/50 in SOR 1 apparantly counts in front of a 91 in Physics (which didnt contribute at all) which seems strange to me. Does anyone...
So i've finally decided that i want to do one of these two degrees at sydney uni but im having a hard time deciding between the two.
Would anyone studying either of these two be able to give me a brief insight into what these courses cover and which is better (or how i should choose) ?

Having done accelerated last year i thought this years paper was more difficult. Last year i reckon i would have got around 55 and that got scaled to 45/50 exam mark. So i think ths year id say the cutoff would be around the same if not lower.
