yep.. generally your electives would be from the arts/humanties subjects, but you can do whatever you like

nup you can enroll at whatever campus you like.. And if you're trying to transfer to a diff course I think you still enroll for units in the course you're currently enrolled in. Then you just change it when you get your transfer. You'd be doing the same arts units anyway..

my friend was in the same situation.. her uai was 62 so she went to la trobe for a year, got some credits and distinctions and now she is at UNSW
