Really struggling with remembering everything for core 1. Does anyone have any tips they are willing to share in order to remember all the content?

I do Christianity (Bioethics, marriage and Pope john XXXIII) and Judaism (bioethics, marriage and Moses Mendelssohn) Yeah i had a quick look at that and it didnt seem to have anything on the in depth studies I need to do.
