ahh thanks Bijs for the quick response.
and of course i am, as are others, grateful for you uploading the paper
so
Thanks Bijs for scanning 13 or 14 pages and uploading the exam !
lol i got in first
went fairly well :). Although i didnt know a bone scan was a PET scan... so i did a bit of jabbering on about xrays and ct scans
I thought question 29) a) ii took a fair amount of time to write about and then do the calculations
Physics is over..Hooray
hey, just quickly
In paper one, question three when you are asked to write on
Refer prescribed text, one from the stimulus book and at least one other related text. does it matter if you talk about your related texts before your prescribed?
Do
what ?
I have no idea what first principles intergration is, so could someone intergrate
f'(x) = 3x^2 using first principles intergration ? Please :) .
Surely theres no such thing !!!
Play it safe by making sure the markers can actually read it and then focus on the length. Theres no point in writing heaps if it cant be read (wasted time).
Fingers crossed you get in the hsc english exam and write eight neat pages. Fingers crossed i can do that too :).
oh ok thanks SoulSearcher
So with 1+sqrt{3}tanx+3tan2x+3sqrt{3}tan3x+...
with a = 1
and r = t2 / t1
= sqrt{3}tanx
= t3 / t2
= 3tan^2x / sqrt{3}tanx
= 3tanx / sqrt{3}
= 3tanx / sqrt{3} * sqrt{3} / sqrt{3}
=...
wasnt the question
Show that 1+2cosx+4cos^2x+... has a limiting sum and then find it
or am i crazy.
anyway can someone tell me how to go about proving limiting sums. Like what is involved ?
thanks
Michael
