ONLY drop a subject if you either dont like it or are no good at it ..... basically if u hate it or if its your worst subject. General Maths dosent scale that well but if u do well in it ull do fine and if u like it even better. Judging by the courses you have picked Legal looks like it suits...

Well its really up to what subjects you want tutors for and what you expect them to do. For english for example there r tutors which act as secondary teachers and go over the syllabus with you and there are those english tutors who write ur essays...
I suggest so any homework you have first
Then Assignments/study prioritize if the exams are a) worth more than the exam or b) when the actual assessment task is due <--- try and do assessments as soon as you get them like seriously within at least the first week try and do most of the research...
i can totally empathize thats y i cant use those gel pens they are so annoying ..... i use felt tip pens sometimes and other times i use Pental blue ink pens (i dont know the exact name) but they are the best pens in the world ..... they just dont smudge at all .....
